ABOUT THE PROPERTY
The villa extends over two floors - ground floor and first floor on a plot of 547 of square meters. It is suitable for 8 to 10 people. It has sea view, a spacious kitchen, a dining room, a living room with an exit to the balcony, an indoor fireplace, a large outdoor pool with deckchairs and a shower, an outdoor grill, indoor parking for 1 car and 1 outdoor parking space in front of the garage. There are 4 rooms on the first floor, each with its own bathroom, air conditioning and television, and there is another room on the ground floor. There are storage rooms on the ground and first floor, as well as balconies. Each room has access to a balcony, and the yard is decorated with fresh grass and flowers.
Bedding/ cleaning: Upon arrival, you will find the villa fully stocked with fresh bed linen and towels. During the stay, bed linen and towels are changed every 5 days or as needed.

The price includes the use of all facilities, WI-FI, electricity, water, gas, bed linen, towels, pool cleaning, pool heating. During your stay, the host will welcome you and introduce you to the villa and show you everything. He will be at your disposal for all questions (by call or e-mail).
